This policy covers the Installer Check List web app and app (the "Check List"), and the launch-list signup on ExteriorShadeGuru.com.

What we collect. Launch list (website form): your email address, business name, and phone number — only what you type into the form. Check List submissions: when an installer completes a checklist and sends the summary, we receive the installer's name and phone number, the job/customer name and service address, the checklist answers, any photos the installer chose to include, the language the form was completed in, and the submission number and date/time generated on the device.

Terms agreement record. When you agree to the Terms of Use (the agreement screen shown before using the site or the Check List), we record your IP address, your browser (user agent), the page where you agreed, and the date and time. This record is kept as evidence of your agreement to the Terms.

Nothing else. The Check List has no user accounts, no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking, and it does not collect your device's GPS location — the county shown in the form is looked up from the service address typed into the form, not from your phone.

How we use it. Launch list: to send one email when the app launches on the App Store and Google Play, and occasional product news if you stay subscribed. Submissions: to assess an exterior shade repair, prepare the repair summary, and let the Exterior Shade Guru review ("double-check") the job before the customer is quoted. Photos stay on the installer's phone unless the installer includes them in a submission (store version) or attaches them to the summary email (web version).

Who receives it. Check List submissions are delivered to Tommy Long (Exterior Shade Guru) and Leanne Donelson — the two people who operate the Check List. Service providers process data only to run the service: Netlify (website hosting and the launch-list form) and YouTube (the help videos play through YouTube's official embedded player, subject to YouTube's own terms and privacy policy). We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

Retention and deletion. Submissions are kept as business records of the repair assessment. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing the contact above; launch-list emails can be unsubscribed at any time, and asking us directly works too.

Children. The Check List is a business tool for shade installers and dealers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date before the change takes effect.
